Request account deletion
To delete your IPOO account and associated personal data, send an email to ipoo.app.service@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include the phone number registered to your account so we can verify and process your request.
We remove or anonymize account profile information and saved personal data. Order and transaction records may be retained where needed to complete orders, meet legal obligations, or maintain required business records.
